Re: COVID-19 Chat Thread

I remember reading something about false negatives with Covid-19 tests "Even if you test negative for COVID-19, assume you have it, experts say": https://www.livescience.com/covid19-coronavirus-tests-false-negatives.html, https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.02.11.20021493v2.full.pdf Turns o...

Re: What WILL you do with that stimulus check?

I don't fault anyone for their plans, but I plan on spending it. Why? Because that's kinda the point of the stimulus. There's a few things on my wish list I'd like to buy from local merchants.

I work at an Intuit call center. This week I finally got internet so I can work from home. I was pulled off of the product I had trained on, and now I'm being trained on another product. It seems the Intuit call center in the Philippines that handled that product was closed by order of the PI govern...

Our governor is giving daily updates. Right now KY has 63 total cases with 2 deaths. Most cases have been in counties on the I75 corridor or in Louisville. A church defied the order to shut down. Now 40 of them are in quarantine because a church member tested positive. I went out grocery shopping to...

What ticks me off about global climate change is all of the hand wringing over what to do about it.
