Re: Mass Blackouts in California

After a storm the linemen in my area are welcomed and cheered. But then i guess if they are there to turn off power whether at a home or for 10,000 people the reception may be different. We do get cussed, threatened with ass whoopins', and have the occasional gun brandished....especially the Right-...

Re: Firearms Chat: Yeet Cannon 2 Electric Boogaloo

I just go to the private range on my cousin's land. It's free for me and all I have to do is let my cousin know when I'm planning on going there. I'm not quite sure just how far it goes out, though. I don't own a rangefinder yet to check the max distance, but it's on my list. I used my old laser ra...

Mental note: that thing the drill sergeants teach you, about putting your nose to the charging handle (to ensure consistent eye placement) when shooting the M-16 or M-4?

Not advised when shooting an AR-10.
LOL, yeah....certain short eye relief ACOG's aren't advised either.

Yes. Yes you can. My "house gun"....

Not a firearm, but I'm a happy boy nonetheless. Had the winning bid on a 2005 Smart Parts Nerve. They didn't make very many, and only made them for a couple of years. I bid on one in decent shape a few months ago, but my max bid was $200, and it went for $250. I got this one for $138, includi...

Daybreak, a comedy-drama series now on Netflix. It's been six months since the bombs fell. Most of the adults are dead from the biological attack. Those who remain are now flesh-eating "ghoulies".
