Re: How do you stop a dog from killing chickens?

I have had the Ruger now for about a month. It is amazing. I have never had a gun that just fit my hand like this one...Put about 500 rounds through it flawlessly. Love me my Ruger SR1911

From the FT-60 manual page 11 The FT-60R may be used for Packet operation, using the optional CT-44 microphone adapter (available from your Yaesu dealer) for easy interconnection to commonly-available connectors wired to your TNC. You may also build your own cable, using a fourconductor miniature ph...

I saw the movie and liked it tremendously..One thing I noticed while watching the movie...after the 1st ten minutes the theater was as quiet as a tomb. No sound at all. Everyone was riveted to the screen. No texting,no giggling-nothing.

Re: Today, my horse ran away.
[q I' To answer everyone's idea of the double gate, I think this is a plan, but not doable right now. I will just have to be more careful from now on. It's not doable because I have expended all my cash for now on this horse and an apiary project. Also the fencing is just green T posts and two stran...

Echolink
Just got my Technician ticket and my instructor was going on about how great Echolink is. Is anybody using it? If you are how good is it? I know it is VOIP, I guess sort of like Skype. It seems like a pretty good way to make a lot of contacts around the world without the initial expense of antennaes...

Appearance of your BOB
I have been reading tons of posts here and looking at all of the variations of BOBs GHBs and INCHs . My question is: A lot of these bags have a "tactical" look to them. Do you worry about someone seeing your bag and deciding that you don't really need it. I realize that personal protection can decid...

And every day I am reassured that the preparations I am making are the right thing to do. Please bear with me if I ask a question...
