Mine probably wont be a popular opinion. You were locked and loaded, inside your residence, while he\she knew you were there, knew that you knew they were there, yet still tried to gain illegal entry to your home. I wouldnt have braced a fucking thing. I wouldnt have slid a piece of furniture anywh...

Re: The Purge , WWYD?

I haven't even seen the movie and already suspect it will turn out to be an inside job. Lesson I suspect they intend to send: no matter how much you prep, the evils of humanity will shoot you in the back so far i'm pretty sure the lesson is don't give your kid the password to your house bunker secu...

Re: Realistic Ammo Stockpile Per Gun?

i only stock a couple hundred rounds of "carry" ammo maybe 300 rounds 9mm 100 rounds of 45 and less than 100 rounds for 380 this is mostly for rotating out rounds that get push back. I also keep several Glock mags loaded in various places. I think 1k minimum for "shtf" guns for me this includes 9mm ...

Hey, I don't dislike you or the SEPAtic that you came from, just that your "advice" is so off the mark as to be in another country... Now if the OP said he needed a gun to invade Greenland or Cuba with... You would have been right on... so you are just biased against specific guns... i see its pret...

Re: Spring MBO entry--Time in the woods

Cutting an apple will give them a "rusty" look pretty quick do to the carbon in the blade. That's one of the drawbacks switching from a stainless to a carbon steel blade. I used to carry a SAK, but Santa brought me the Opi. It's a sturdy little bushcraft knife--I can use the spine as a striker. It ...

Glock 19 and AR-15 A Glock 19 looks stupid because we cannot have barrels of 102mm or shorter, so we have barrels that protrude from the frame. Glock 17 or 34 are much more practical 9mm Glocks in Canada. AR15 cannot be used for hunting. ok glock 17 then That can't be used for hunting either. Do yo...

Re: Checking your guns for feeding problems

Just a note, if you're gun does feed on or two kinds of hollowpoints doesn't mean there isn't a hollow point that won't feed. Try different brands. It takes trial and error to find one that feeds reliably. very true. My Defender will run on puny 185 grain JHP's but no 230 grain JHPs its on its way ...
