Finally got around to redoing these instructions after Flickr's second or so change since the last update.

Hopefully the instructions are relatively easy to understand.

Re: M.V.I. graphic photos.

Thanks, I am seeing my pain specialist in the next week or so. I am getting a change in meds hopefully, OFF of opiates!!! I will ask him about a brace. If he prescribes it, I can get it subsidized. I haven't been on here as much since I toasted my laptop. I hadn't slept in 3 days, thanks to my leg ...

Re: Lessons from Christmas 2013 ice storm & freezing temps

Regarding using your Samsung S4 as a portable WiFi hotspot. Most modern smart phones will allow you set them up for tethering & as a hot spot, without any additional apps needed. For the S4 you go to: - Settings - Connections - More Networks - Tethering and portable hotspot From there you can either...

Re: Which to get: Mystery Ranch 3DAP vs Camelback Trizip

It would help if you let us know what you want to use the bag for and what you want to carry. There are too many variables in play to make any worthwhile suggestions. Fair enough. It would be for hikes/camping up to 3 days. I'll carry my tarp, sleeping bag, hammock, and other stuff. I suppose at so...

Re: Hey, EDCForums won't confirm accounts?...

I am a mod over at EDCF. John has recently processed over 400 new accounts so yours could have been done. I would suggest: - Logging out of EDCF - Deleting EDCF cookies - Clearing the cache - Restarting your browser - Logging in to EDCF If your account has been ok'ed then you should be all set. If n...

For your hand have you tried heat therapy? It might help with the pain & restricted moment. It might be something to talk to your Dr & PT about. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heat_therapy" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; http://www2.med.umich.edu/healthcenters/healthcenterservices_bycli...

I will let John know, he has been backed up due to circumstances outside of his control (losing power & internet several times).

The contact us link goes straight to John & he has recently gotten over 200 emails so it could still be waiting for him to get to it.

FWIW there are a couple of threads about it over at EDCF.

They are not my cup of tea either, for several reasons but mainly their initial pricing & how they marketed the bags.
