Re: multitool

50 thanks for the input - I still haven’t purchased but I want something similar that isn’t too bulky. My EDC needs Avery tame and I have been doing well with the Gerber Dime Tool but want a slightly longer blade.

Thanks for bringing this thread back to life. I’m looking at buying a new multi tool and appreciated everyone’s advice. I’m going with the Leatherman Skeletool.

Re: Dismantling The US's Nuclear Reactors after a catastroph

I have wondered that (what would happen to the plants in the event of a Major SHTF event) myself and I think only the Department of Energy and the actual corporate owners of the plants and I suppose the manufacturers would have that information. It is highly unlikely that the US Govt would allow thi...

So let me get this straight ... you’re advocating that we actually read the article. That’s a lot of work!

Re: Former AG Holder ... “take to the streets”

It looks like this quote: “This weekend I’m stocking up on portable phone chargers, warm clothes, & gear needed for when we take the streets. I’m concerned the assault on the rule of law is coming over the holidays when we’re distracted. It‘ll be a defining moment for the Republic.” twitter.com/walt...

Former AG Holder ... “take to the streets”

http://www.newsweek.com/mueller-fired-trump-eric-holder-obama-support-750851 I find this type of language by former high ranking government officials to be a bit nerve-wracking. I think it is mostly posturing and politics but anytime someone urges civil unrest I get uneasy. Thoughts? Edited for gra...

I have one and really like it.

The best part is that I charge my phone by burning stuff! Solar panel are cool and batteries packs may be lighter but I get on-demand power by ... burning stuff!

Thanks everyone for the kind words. It is always helpful and appreciated to be encouraged. It seems like the concept has received a warm welcome. Re: Title forthcoming

Chapter 1 Part 2 or maybe it's just chapter 2, but it seems a wee bit short for a stand alone chapter - First Stand The nineteen soldiers had quickly formed a small box with each side consisting of two soldiers kneeling and three standing behind. Crawford stood on the side of the box with only four ...
