From Ray Mears bushcraft: "I think there's a tradition which we both share, both in England and in Sweden, and that is, if somebody gives you a knife, you must give them a silver coin lest the blad...

So, being from the UK, having posted in the ZSX role call thread and being allowed to post here... Does that make me part of ZSX? Is there any other criteria, application or politics involved or am I free to use one of those dandy sig banners?

In the PAW or during a disaster I can't see some wire stopping anyone stealing it if they so wished.

Re: World war Rationing diet

Yeah you can still get powdered egg, It's just harder to find. Health shops frequently stock them. Here's what wiki has to say: Powdered eggs are fully dehydrated eggs. They are made in a spray dryer in the same way that powdered milk is made. The major advantages of powdered eggs over fresh eggs ar...

Re: World war Rationing diet

Any recipies welcomed, as long as they can be made using the foods and ingredients I have.
Just figured the recipies of the time would be good, seeing as they are tried and tested ways to use the rations effectively. I would be very interested in other war and depression ideas though.
