I'm always recommending CCW Insurance to my friends. Safe to say, this is a good recommendation, right?

Yeah, I'd avoid anything with corrosion at the primer. In more exciting news, it looks like the rules are changing for pistol braces. If the internet is to be believed, this draft notice is likely to be published before the weekend. https://princelaw.files.wordpress.com/2020/12/atf-federal-register...

Threads like these are what make ZS special. A noble necro, WW. This is a timeless topic; one too often overlooked in other prepping forums. Yes! This is a good choice for a necro  This thread alone is why we prep. Maybe I'm lost... but what's a necro in this context lol? A "necro" around her...

Re: EOTW & Dystopian Movies that Actually Helped Your Prepping
My first foray into prepping was Hatchet by Brian Paulsen... Read it as a kid. What a rush Same here. Hatchet was my first foray into those kind of books. Loved it. Actually still have it believe it or not. As far as books a few that stuck with me since then was "Alas, Babylon", "One Second After",...

I've had a blast cooking in soup kitchens and with Habitat for Humanities. It's the great people you meet that really makes it worth it.

I don't think there's going to be an oncoming civil war. But it doesn't hurt to be prepared. Stay safe everyone.

Re: Defense Against Hand Held Lasers - (not the shark mounted variety)
I've had some experience with lasers. I worked with them not quite 40 years ago, and was a certified laser operator for my company. Plus, I've had detached retinas, and have underwent laser surgery in both eyes. For the detached retina laser surgery, the surgeon used a series of 25 millisecond puls...

Now, that's a novel idea. Following your comment hoping someone's got an answer.ScottWidmann wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 7:58 pmWhere can I buy a magazine and a fishing line reel for a cobra mini crossbow?
I understand that this would require reattaching the line to each bolt.
Thanks for your help.

Depending on the size of the Asteroid, I'd just load up with a few cases of beer and enough cannabis to make me forget we were about to get wiped off the face of the earth. When I hear about asteroids, I immediately remember the movie Armageddon. This is the best disaster film about asteroids. A sc...

That's awesome they were that considerate of the hard of hearing! It sounds like they made it an option when they asked instead of mandating it as well, which is also awesome if that is the case. Your general social skills are probably as much or more part of why they send you to talk to people as ...
