Sorry if it's been asked, But what about screwdrivers and all of that?
Would they be much use? Like the hammers, screwdrivers, staple/nail guns, chainsaws. Etc.

Or are they only really effective on the living?
Umbrella?
Who needs Umbrella when you've got MICROSOFT!

If you're going by the standard zombie theory that destroying the brain stops the zombie, then yes. Those tools should work just fine.

In general, yes. In a pinch against zombies, yes but not my first choice. Might be smart to keep some in the BOB. But get yourself a weapon.

Drop the screw driver and go with the good ole mafia ice pick! of course im assuming with the screwdriver/icepick your generally gonna have to labotamize the thing at close range?

I have a friend who thinks the Jarvis portable band saws would work wonders.
Heck, anything from Jarvis would.

I've got a screwdriver that I use for removing shotgun stocks. It's gotta be about 18" long and weighs a couple of pounds. It wouldn't be my first choice but a good thrust up under the chin, through the eye socket or through the base of the skull would shut a zombie down.

a hammer in one hand and a screwdriver in the other. id like it in a fist fight versus a human. against the undead, id rather have a good pair of running shoes.
Sometimes I feel like installing a skylight in the back of my head with a 210 grain slug.
