You can't power most anything in your house with 300W.
this is one of those catch 22 issues, the amount of food you would need to eat would take more energy to cook than what you would produce.

Now I have seen where a blender was powered by a stationary bike. Something like that where calories burned < calories consumed is a win for a survival situation.
On the other hand, I propose that something that improves cardio, helps you lose weight, all while providing something productive is a win Pre-ZPAW.

Well it does have a battery you can hook up to it and charge and IMO you can only be so freaked out about calorie usage. I have circumvented that worry by stocking high calorie items and yeah it will keep you in shape as well.
