Except it's her daily rations to cover school (morning recess), school (lunch), daycare (snacks), daycare (afternoon tea).
I know that there's more than enough protein, energy, starches, carb's, etc to cover a day and a half - maybe two at a stretch.
I know that it always covers 75 - 100% of her daily fibre requirements.
It covers all the five food groups and the two servings of fruit and five servings of vegetables thing.
It contains only so much of that sugar
and
when she was having "social problems/fitting in, etc" there was always an extra two or three of each of the good stuff to use as social currency.
The young lady who runs the out of school care/day care centre always says, "if there's ever an earthquake we'll all be fine so long as she (the daughter) has got her backpack with her so I don't mind it when she scams me into carrying it for her because she says it's too heavy for her."![]()

(it's not too heavy for her btw, she's just a grifter. lol)
