That is fantastic sir! My hat is off to you.

Yesterday was:
4 rounds of
10kg weighted incline fist pushups x 8
10kg weighted ring rows x 5
150 jump rope.

Followed by some balance work parkour style, pistol squat practice and hand stand holds to warm down.

This morning I did a tabata of push presses with the 10kg plate quickly before work.

After being sick as hell and having a serious upper respiratory infection I'm going to go back to martial arts on Thursday. I've almost finished my second script of anti-biotics. I still have a CT scan of my chest to check on the spots and a visit to a pulmonologist for therapy. I may just go and do the warm up and the drills. I prolly will not do any matches.

I know QQ more but hey, I've been down for over one month and I finally have slept a full night with out coughing all night.

Spent the day crawling in a crawlspace cutting out plumbing and air ducts. Freakin' exhausing!

Moving my daughter out of a dorm and replacing the seat in my Jeep. If that goes well I may go canoeing on a pond for a bit.

I got out to martial arts Thursday night. It was great.
2 hours of striking and self defense drills. Bunch of squats, push ups, sit ups.
It's Caturday morning and I'm still sore. I hate getting back into working out after a break or illness.

I did a tiny bit of canoeing today. Good news is I finally figured out the paddling technique that allows me to stay on one side and go forward in a mostly straight line. I see this becoming part of my normal routine, weather permitting, until I actually get fairly good at repeating the results but faster and for longer.

Also moved 80# canoe from Jeep to water back to Jeep then to porch where it is now stored. Was offered help but didn't need it. Chest feels fine. Total win.
