These are on sale in the email flyer for $7.99. Good item to through in your BOB. Not sure how to get the $7.99 unless you call them or get the sale emails. It comes up as $11.99 when you hit the link in the email. You might just call and tell them they are listed as $7.99 in their current sale email.

$15 price drop of the AlpineAire 7-day freeze dried meals kit!
It's now only $82.74, which is $3.31 per two-serving pouch!

I bought this at the old price, about three months ago, and am well pleased with it... enough that I just ordered a second one. :)

There's 25 different varieties, with a great mix of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert entrees.

The previous one that I bought had "best before" dates from mid to late 2016.
Pro:
sonic screwdriver, Les Stroud, cake & pie,
Kaywinnet Lee Frye's response to the Apocalypse,

Anti:

I've been using Thermolds for 15 years +/- and have never had trouble with them. They were making "plastic" mags long before most of their competitors were even around. Anyrate, I like 'em, use 'em and the price is right (even when you don't buy a hundred at a time)

US Cavalry has the nine volumes of Ranger Rick's Ranger Digest series on clearance for $0.88 each. While I'm sure it varies based on your location, I ended up paying twice the cost of the full set for shipping. However, as it seems US Cav is the exclusive distributor of these, not a bad deal overall.

THE RANGER DIGEST SERIES (I-IX): What the military don't teach ya - good ol' US Army Ranger Rick will through his Army Ranger Digest Series. They're a "no BS" series of handbooks dedicated to teaching soldiers, campers, hikers, survivalists and other outdoor enthusiasts "how to survive and thrive in the outdoors through military field expedient know-how." Each book contains 96 pages of entirely different information, no tip or trick is ever repeated twice.

Sportsman Guide has used Sage Green Goretex Vibram Soled (resolable) Military issue boots on sale for $45! I think they are used. The ad seems to sound that way anyway.

I don't think anyone posted it, I read two or three pages up.

US Cav has the Tru Spec 24/7 series of tactical pants on sale for 29.95 if you buy three or more. There is a coupon code in the latest catalog if you have it.

Some colors and sizes are also on sale even cheaper.

Also noteworthy to some: Tru Spec is R. Lee Ermy endorsed.

I print the coupon out and take it to the local store. They never have a problem honoring it as long as the item is in stock, which is as they say it, always sometime in stock or translated to laymans terms means kiss your lucky rabbit's foot and roll the dice when you go down there and maybe, just maybe they will have them.

Factory refurbished champion power equipment 2kw peak 1.6kw rated running watt inverter generators.

350.00 plus 35.00 shipping.

Seem to go for 500.00 and up for brand new

Haven't really found any bad reviews on these, been looking into them for a few months now, hem hawing around about what I wanted to get. I have a 4kw champion genset already that I'm pretty happy with.

ace hardware has 10 of 40 today (tax day the 17th). Picked up a few heavy items for my bug out vehicle that would have cost me more to ship than it was worth.
http://www.pages04.net/acehardware/2012_tax_day_com/?csm=261954040&csc=181181&csa=262078158&csu=181335
there is the print out and i believe you can use a code online "taxdayfb" although i haven't tested the code.
edit "taxday" is what is says to type online

I have one of these on my BOB, holds well but still easy to draw.

My local home depot had a champion 4kw generator i picked up last week for $209. I was told its a special item, they only had 2 and each of the stores I went to. So YMMV.

its this guy, and i know HD carries champion generators online, but I've never seen this one, so maybe its old stock or discontinued. who knows... but for $209 and it has great reviews on the product and youtubers rave about champion support, so I was sold.

30 4"stainless bait knives for under 4 bucks. I bought 1 yesterday at ace for 2.50 and it's already a rockin little utility knife. Blade is almost an 8th of an inch thick and takes a wicked edge. For roughly 13 cents a piece, you're getting an awesome Mora knockoff.
Where'd my oh there it is go?.... Dang.

Thanks! Even with shipping, that's a nice deal. One of these would be a nice addition to a "starter BOB" gift package.

Wow, awesome deal! Have you dealt with the site before? I usually like to read a few reviews of a site/product before I ever buy anything online but I can't find any reviews for this site. So if you have purchased from them before could you PM me your experience with them? I am probably ordering them anyway because it is to good a deal to pass up but I would be more comfortable if I knew more about the site lol. Thanks!! :D
