Again, this is a good way to see what CERT is supposed to be able to do, and to get an idea of what the training entails. It doesn't make you a first responder or anything, but it also makes you less likely to be a helpless victim, waiting for the authorities to help you.

I have been told by a very reliable source that "the makeup guy (or team) from The Walking Dead will be doing the moulage on the victims".
