Interesting!

Question though... did they really lose their FFL? I keep hearing that... I've only watched the premier episode (honestly all the drama to "invent" something that everyone else calls a masterkey and has been on the market for decades kinda turned me off, and calling a 37mm flare launcher a "grenade launcher"? Really? They don't know better?), but I know many people who like it and would mourn it's loss...

Well currently I'm laid off so I got all my tacticool stuff and guns about 15 feet away, but when Im back working, I'll be lucky enough to be on a construction site. Theres all kinds of goodies there to fend off a zombie attack. Sledge hammers, concrete saws and sharp pieces of rebar come to mind...

I work at Costco so if there was an accurate indication of zombie attack, I'd be instantly unemployed.

The same thing as the op minus the sissy welding jacket. I just wear button up FR shirts. I also have a different hood.

Stop worrying! Some basic PPE, and a good garden hose, you're GTG.

Throw on a pair of welding gloves, sleeves and grab the 48" pipe wrench. I recently broke my three fucking year unemployment streak, and got a job maintaining the equipment at a medical laundry facility. We got biiiiiig wrenches.
Or I could just climb into the attic and chill behind the air handler. Plenty of room, and there is no way a zombie could get there. I have full control of my motor skills and I can barely get up there.

I'd direct him to a guy I know who had hot slag go down his throat while welding under a car, but he's pretty hard to understand these days...

Well since I'm retired things are a lot different than they used to be....when I worked I had a work BoB, as well as a vehicle BoB. I still have my Bobs but now I don't worry about not being able to carry concealed while at work.

Sitting here (fully dressed) with my Sig 9mm in a hip holster, 2 spare mags and assorted pocket knives and a Sure Fire flashlight. So if it starts, I'm thinking I can make it to the gun room for either more ammo or more ammo and heavier firepower depending on the situation.

Oh and if someone is banging on my door, I'm certainly going to look out the window/peephole before I open it up to find out what is going on......

Im a Police Officer so I would put on my active shooter gear and grab my RRA Ar-15 and get ready to put some rounds on target.
