Check some of the links on this thread, especially in the first post.

Would this be an iffy proposition? What is the difference between the two primers (I don't reload, if that's an issue)? It's a FANTASTIC price, coming to $4.99 per 20 for military grade 5.56.

Would you not use this for stockpile? If not, why? (If I buy 800 rounds, it comes in a spam can).TDW586 wrote:ksbsnowowl wrote:

Berdan and boxer makes no difference if you're not reloading. That ammo should be perfectly fine for range use.

I have found a few second-hand reviews of this stuff (ie - people on random forums in the last 3 months looking for more info after seeing a few reviews) that stated some of this was having problems with extractors chipping rims on the brass, but I didn't find any of these reviews first-hand.
And sorry for dragging this off-topic...

Are you saying XM193 is a better option? Right now my only AR-15 is a 1:9 twist, so M855 and M193 are about my best options. In the future I plan to get a BCM 1:7 twist, which would increase my bullet weight/length possibilities.TDW586 wrote:Wouldn't use it for stockpile because it's SS109
