Time and money say I probably won't be able to attend a Friday class. I'm already budgeting for tuition and transportation. IDK yet if I'd be flying in, carpooling, bus, or driving in myself so an additional class day isn't too feasible. On the bright side I have a pistol I and carbine I class scheduled locally for late March.

I am interested in seeing what the May class format will be.

If I can make a Friday Re-Fresh/Warm-up/N00b class, I'm game.

More training time = More F'in training time! (WIN!)

When is that a bad thing? 3 days of training is more worth 2 days of driving than 2 would be :D

That would be perfect for me to at least get my transitions and reloads smoother without taking a Level II class' time, as well as find my preferences in my gear and get it adjusted and set up to optimize what I can learn in the II class that weekend. I'd be in for it if it'd be worth it for some of the other noobs.

If I'm already flying out I might as well fly out a day early for this, depending on funds/cost of course.

Yeah, I probably couldn't do a Friday class in addition to the Sat and Sun class. The extra money for the class and ammo may get my wife annoyed. $500 for a weekend is one thing but if I add a couple extra bills onto that I may be abusing her good nature.

Waves hands in the air 'cuz he does very much care.

Do we have actual, solid, dates now with cost? I'm loosing a week vaca this next month, but should have enough hours by the time May runs around.

Also, how much for the bright pink "FNG#XX" shirts?

Nah, I think it's be much better to have T-shirts that say "Monkey #XX" on the front, and then the back has a picture of "a monkey trying to have sexual relations with a football".

Of course, then if anyone really steps on their own dick, they should be made to wear a T-shirt with just a football on it

No set date as of yet, looking more like the 9th and 10th of june are better for the instructors. Waiting on a hard yes from them before I reserve the range for these dates.

This class sounds awesome! and if only i had a rifle.. even i could feasibly make it...

Is this range anywhere near the vicinity of between STL and KC?

NM: i found it... not a bad drive from KC tho... man.. id really like to go, seeing how it's probably gonna be my slow season when this happens... Would it be possible to pick which day to run?

It's not like people don't have spare rifles... I think I've loaned one to someone in nearly every class we've taught.

Pretty sure I'll have a spare SGL if you favor AK's. Not likely to have a failure with my primary

Mayhap I'd even loan out the Sig 556 if someone felt like lifting weights all day

Those dates are looking feasible. I have drill the weekend before, but very possibly could take some vacation time around the 9th and 10th. I'd hate to miss another class.

June.

June?

Now June?

June has just opened a pay webcam whereby she takes 6" stilettos to the balls of my hopes and dreams of doing MilCopp for fetishist basement dwellers 8 hours a day.

I secured the blessing of the wife, the money, the gear, and 3 revolving days off for anytime in May. June may be a game-changer for me at work.

I'll ask first thing in the morning, but I don't think I can make it anytime in June. :gonk:

June comes from scheduling conflicts with the instructors and the range schedule.
