That could probably be arranged

I was looking at plane ticket prices for the 5/12-5/12 weekend and right now they look to be in my price range! The sooner we can get dates locked in the better for me and nimdabew to figure out logistics.

I watched my ~95lbs old great-great-aunt literally drink my construction foreman 300+lbs uncle under the table... I mean he passed out under the table and she tossed a blanket over him before she went to bed herself  Just saying.

Now consider that Sarah is twice your size/weight, and "on vacation" from the 3 kids that drive her to drink...

Somebody bring a PBT so we can make sure she's sober by class time :gonk:

Sounds like a challenge

Bro, any time we have a babysitter is a personal challenge to her. Nobody tell her about the PBT, it'll only make it worse :gonk:

Ah, the innocence of youth.

She's from Wisconsin. We taught the rest of the nation how to drink. Our baby bottles have labels from Miller, Bud, or Coors on them.

I still have the page from Playboy that state "Top 49 Drinking Colleges In the US*", where the (*) denoted "Wisconsin was not included in this survey as it is considered a professional drinking state."

Then you, my good sir, have already completed 99% of the prep needed for this class! :)

I'm going to do my level best to drag my bride (even if it's kicking and screaming) to this class. She frankly needs it as much (if not more) than I do.

My wife is going too. This is going to be awesome.

I've already got a couple days I can take off in May. I started to get really, really excited until I realized it was an 1100 mile drive, and I have no intention of shipping 1400 rounds of ammo and all my other shit via airline......unless someone can convince me otherwise.

I'll see if I can get a relative to come with me (and take the class, of course). Gimme a date to start throwing around, GD4.

EDIT: Heh, that last sentence needed a comma.

Buy ammo online and have it shipped to someone local in the area. That is what I usually do on travel classes.

You want to go.

You have the means to go.

You will forget all the the driving.

You will remember the class forever.

You only get one shot at this life.

You want to meet me and see if I am as fucked up in real life as on the internet. ( I am worse IRL )

This.

Also, I'm disappointed in both myself and my fellow MilCopp alumni... eight pages and no dead hooker jokes?!? :gonk:

Yeah. So...... ZS-001 has an event on 5.12 so if it could be any other weekend than that it would be cool. Our venue picked a date before ya'll could. :-)

But yeah, any weekend in May but that would be best for me. Or something in April. Or June.

Two movie moments come to mind whilst I wait for details on this:

On attending...

Five guys, sittin' in a bullpen, in San Quentin. All wondering how the fuck they got there. What should we have done, what didn't we do, who's fault is it, is it my fault, your fault, his fault, all that bullshit. Then one of them says, hey. Wait a minute. When we were planning this caper, all we did was sit around tellin' fuckin' jokes! Get the message? Boys, I don't mean to holler at ya. When this caper's over - and I'm sure it'll be a successful one - we'll get down to the Hawaiian Islands, hell, I'll roll and laugh with all of ya. You'll find me a different character down there. Right now, it's a matter of business.

800 miles and a flight or 13 hour drive. I'm waiting to shit or get off the trench on this one.

Well, fuck. I just read the email about it. Yeah, me and B3 are out for that weekend too.

I am going to have to request a date change as well.

I do not want to have this class so close to St. Louis and not have ZS 001 show up.

GD4.

What other dates are available?

Our event isn't a big one, if May 12-13 is the weekend that works for the range and the instructors and the rest of the attendees, we can pull out of the event. We do lots of charity events in 001 and missing one wouldn't be the end of the world.

Unfortunately, May is totally unworkable for me. I won't be done with my Army stuff until the 20th and then I'll likely have to make up the time for my coworkers who got stuck working for me while I was gone. So here I must sit on the sidelines and wait to see how things fall into place. :(
