I don't think this slave bracelet called a watch is gonna be part of my PAW attire.
Every cloud has a silver lining. Except the mushroom-shaped ones which have a lining of Iridium and Strontium-90.

In the PAW, why keep are we so worried about time? Do you have somewhere to be, like work? I plan to trash the watch/clock since I can't stand keeping to timed schedules anyway. My dream world would be to go to sleep when I was tired, wake up when I was rested and work in between :P

Need to meet people, need to know when to meet them.
When it takes hours to get somewhere one doesn't wish to wait hours for them to show up, as then one gets home after dark and the cows needed milking ages ago.
In my day, we didn't have virtual reality.
If a one-eyed razorback barbarian warrior was chasing you with an ax, you just had to hope you could outrun him.

When told the reason for daylight savings time the Old Indian said, "Only the government would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket, sew it to the bottom, and have a longer blanket."

Just got back from a trip to the southwest and was stunned by the amount of alfalfa being grown. I'd only travelled I-8 in the dead of winter and summer but holy moley there is a lot of farming going on out there. Of course, the bottom falls out if you can't irrigate, but it was impressive.
