Just started this last night...I dig it so far.

First thing I noticed was that the author is good at painting the scene and whats around it.

Yep, that One Second After. It's a really good read, and more "real life" fiction than fantasy if that makes sense. Makes it a little scarier knowing that something like that could actually happen.

Finished last night....pretty good read. Its a self published books so it has a few rough spots but I will be looking forward to his next book. $5 for Kindle.
