When you think about it, the end of Romeo & Juliet is acutally pretty funny. (Note that some of the females in my class called me quite a few things when I said this, none of them nice)

Ponyboy ... I haven't had a chance until now to really compliment you and say how I have appreciated your stories; this one and your others. I've enjoyed how at the end you find that they've connected to another piece of the Ponyboy zombie-verse.

Nicely written. I particularly like the fact that as the characters evolve they don't change, but become deeper and more complex. Daphne, in particular, I envision as an inked-up, rough-ridin', cookie-baking grandma that wouldn't shy away from a bar fight, no matter how "settled" she might become.

EDIT to add: And I really like how your universe is shaping up. The events in each story tie in nicely, and point to a far greater "grand story". I like.

This is the story that got me hooked on PB. His writing really sucks you in. Of all the books/stories I've read TFTR is easily one of my top 50.

Being late to the party just means catching up...well...it used to. :lol:

It's great to hear from others who enjoy PB's stories. He does tell a good tale. Not much MOAR goin' on recently, eh? Pity.
