I was under 300 but how far? So I moved the big weight to the 250 mark and started moving the small weight to the right along the bar until it got to 48lbs and centered. There it was, 298lbs even.
The good thing about working security is they pay us to walk around. I have been walking the parking garage up and down each night this week until I was exhausted. I've been doing exterior patrols of the buildings. In short, I've been moving and it is paying off.
So I'm finally down below 300. That's about 35 pounds less than I weighed when I started at the hospital in April 2008.
My next goal is 285lbs. Woohoo.
Woohoo! Go, yale, go!
