ZSC:005 LOCAL TRADING POST

Postby Fiercely Loyal » Thu Jul 09, 2009 2:51 pm

Update: Please for lack of space and keeping everything streamlined here in the thread if after your item has sold could you delete the photo and item out of your original post. this will make the thread quite a bit more easy to navigate and overall neatness will improve.
Thanks!

Is it against the rules to do a chapter Trading post? May be a lot easier to swap stuff out and do face to face transactions.

I will start out first with a Ruger bolt action .308 I have listed on another site.

Let me know what you guys think about the idea.

I think that's a great idea. Why don't you change the title of the thread to Chapter Trading Post and I will make it a sticky. :)

Let's merge all trading post topics into this one thread. I don't like those other individual for sale topics cluttering up the ZSC:005 forum.

I have a Ka-Bar TDI last ditch knife. Great shape, only carried a few days until I moved into seattle proper. Now I can't have a concealed fixed blade on me or I get a gross misdomeaner. I really like the knife, just can't keep it without the cops getting pissed off at the next traffic stop. I paid almost 50 after shipping, will let it go for 35 OBO.

SOLD

M9 bayonet with sheath, never used in the field, civilian purchase. This one is made by Buck. Blade marking states it was made in 1996. Blade has a few scratches but no dings. The picture is not the actual knife I have. Mine appears to be better, I just can't get a good picture of it. Does not come with box.
.......................$55.00

Is it still available and will you be at the August meeting?
Very interested....
Thanks,
Fred

Hello All. I have a few slots that need to be emptied in the safe.

1. Savage 110FP Tactical in .308. Asking $600.
This is a rifle I bought from an Alaska State Trooper who used it as a DM rifle. He upgraded and I got a decent deal on it. Since I have owned it I have fired it about 50 times. It does not fit my needs any longer and I would like to give someone else a good deal on it. It has Leupold Rings and Mount and a BSA scope. The scope is a 50mm 6-24 power (I think. I will double check when I get home). This rifle has a full contour bull barrel with a very pronounced crown. It is made for designated marksman/target shooting. You would not want to lug that barrel around the woods.

Link to pictures (instead of clogging the thread): http://i353.photobucket.com/albums/r379/1MEANTREE/Savage.jpg

2. Mossberg 500A in 12GA Asking $250. SOLD
This shotgun has a pistol grip stock. The full barrel length magazine tube. A receiver attached scope mount. I think that I still have the side saddle shell holder for it as well. But you can only use the scope mount or the side saddle, not both. They use the same screw placement. The only upgrades not done to this is the heat shield and a better set of “irons”.

Link to pictures: http://i353.photobucket.com/albums/r379/1MEANTREE/Mossberg.jpg

I can send pictures of each if anyone is interested. I am also willing to let anyone shoot either, provided you are in the Seattle area. So if you need a tack driver of a rifle or a new and somewhat tricked shotty, here they are. I prefer to do an in person transaction to leave the FFL dealers out of it. But if you are willing to cover the cost on both ends I will do the FFL transfer also.

Free to come and get!

We cleaned out the garage in prep for the new baby (yeah, we old folks are going to adopt) and my wife told me to get rid of some of my old used but in good shape tactical gear. I have the following for free:

Medium Alice Pack w/ Frame (Space Jockey is getting it)

1980's LBE "H" style harness & pistol belt w/ Woodland buttpack (ROK copy of US), 1 qt. canteen w/ cover. (Father Fletch is getting it)

1980's Tri-fold entrenching tool w/ green rubber pouch. (Ugly 68 is getting it)

1990's LBE vest (similar to the one Kyleg was selling) w/ pistol belt, two 1 qt. canteens w/ covers. (Father Fletch is getting it)

Black nylon Uncle Mikes duty belt with holster, police gear. (I have plenty of extra belts & holsters including SIG P226/P228 and Glock 17/22. Also a Beretta 92 thigh holster in Desert tri-color. Take your pick.)

PM me and I'll give you my address.

Thanks Istvan56, the gear is great and Devon is looking forward to using it when he goes paintballing. There was an Airsoft pistol magazine in one of the pouches and I would like to get it back to you soon.
BTW, look out for Istvan56's dog. That is one mean ol' JYD!

More "Free" stuff:
Marcy Home Gym - Looks very similar to this: Pic

Purchased new three years ago, used only a couple of times.
You will need a pick up truck to transport - I have paper work, and pictures. 99.9% sure all the parts are still there.
Don't want to take it to the dump and I don't trust craig's list...

This is a bump for the rifle and shotgun that I posted earlier. If anyone if a little interested please PM me and make an offer. At this point they are about to go to the pawn shop so all offers (purchase) will be considered. Thanks for looking.
