We have been doing the net meetings on Sunday nights.
This may or may not work for everyone. Which night is best for you?
Tuesday nights are always out for me, due to weekly Girl Scout Troop/Service Unit meetings.
Please cast your poll vote and then add it in the thread.

We also had a poll and decided to hold the net meetings twice a month, please add what you think is best in this thread.
http://zombiehunters.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=79&t=91244&p=2026705#p2026705

Thank you!
We want to try and work with what is best for everyone.

Edited to consider a second different days as an opition.
If you like alternating days, pick a 1 and a 2 of different days. i.e. Sunday (1) Thursday (2)
If you like the same days, select Sunday (1) & Sunday (2)
I hope this makes sense, it was the only way I I kew how to do this.

Please make 2 choices, when casting your vote.

We will still be using the Echolink UNODE

I'd like to see this as a multiple choice poll, so we're not limited to just one day if, for example, Friday & Saturday are both "good".

Not that the needs of one should sway the needs of the group, but there are three other nets I already participate in on Sunday's.

A perfect example of why I suggested alternating days for the net.

I'm pretty much game for any day, but my military schedule keeps me hella busy as it is. Whatever days are set, I'll try to make it.

I voted, but can be flexible except that Wednesday evenings are out due to a conflict, and no work day before 18:00 Mountain time (I can't be home in time) are possible.

Friday / Saturday nights are generally chaotic, but whatever works for everyone.

I wanted to check in with eneryone, Sundays are still in the lead.
I know Moose said Sundays are kind of his net day, I think it is for several of us. Is Sunday completely out for you Moose?
Is Sunday at 7:00 EST completely out for anyone?
If we go to alternating the days of the nets, we could possibly have a net control rotation list to work with. We could use this as a backup in case ZS meetings or GS events keep me from being able to do it.

Actually I kind of like Sundays being "net day" - Sundays I have morning club nets, evening club nets, a tech net, ZSARC net, daily traffic net of course, and my wife has ARES net. The only conflict is in the morning between her ARES and our repeater club only 1/2 hour apart, I usually just listen to the end of the repeater net on the HT - too week with the HT antenna to hit it, but I can check in on the base and stay listening. Anyway, point is Sunday is usually radio and farm work day - and ZS fits in between others very nicely. Lucky me - I'd understand and be flexible if it doesn't work so well for others though, but I vote for keep it as it is.

Also - I will volunteer to host a net topic, if anyone is interested, on alternative energy. It could actually be spit well into two nets - one on alternative energy on the go (hiking, camping, bugging out, etc) and another on alternative energy at home. Our website http://www.isis-ranch.com talks about some of our experiences (even though it is slightly out of date), let me know if you're interested.

No, I can make that work I think. There are 4 other nets I participate in on Sundays but I don't have to make them all every week. Also, considering that the 7:00 PM EST time slot doesn't conflict with any of the other nets it shouldn't be an issue most of the time.

Thanks for taking my comments into consideration.
