Tonight we will have our net meeting on Echolink 7:00 EST. (Look under conferences - U-NODE)
We are still working on the ZS ARC Constitution and continuing to look at any revisions or updates that need to be made.

Here is a link to the ZS ARC constitution viewtopic.php?f=79&t=42280
You may want to have this handy to look at during the meeting.

Please be working on ideas for topics and ideas to share for future net meeting discussions.
Don't forget we are still meeting weekly, until we get through the business of the reviewing/reconstruction of the ZS ARC constitution.

Unfortunately, I'm still waiting on my validation/authentication for EchoLink so I most likely won't be able to join in on tonight's net.

Oh and even though the race was canceled, I'm a bit insulted that we'd cancel the net for the Super Bowl but not for the Daytona 500. :P

ZSARC Minutes 02.26.12

Present:
44Dave
NoAm
Bear667
ke4yqd

We began by discussing the status of new ZS chapters.

Voting was discussed. Voting will be a thread in the ZSARC subforum of ZS. It will not be a “poll” thread, but rather a thread where people can vote yea or nay with a response. It will not be a discussion thread. This will be an easy way to see that the voters are paid members, who are club members, and we can cross-reference who is a valid amateur operator to weed out any drive by voters. It is not expected that we will have many problems.

Some personal discussion.

Ke4yqd was nominated for club treasurer.

It was further decided that the ZSARC constitution will attempt to be finished this week and then presented in its entirety for voting by the club as per the aforementioned process. Club officers will meet on Wednesday night to try to finish this.

Meeting was adjourned.

There was one last night, the next one should be April 1 unless something changes. There's a thread to vote on which nights are best for you to participate.
