Well guys i thought i would post this up.. as with any properly prepared person who plans to fight the undead. you should be in shape..
as i am currently trying to hack out a workout rutine i would like to hear about yours..

Every other day i run a mile, and after every 3 days i add a half mile on, so in 3 i'll be running 1.5, 2.0 etc etc
And every day inbetween i lift weights. Incline press 50 lbs 20 times, 20 butterflies with 20lbs independent hand curls on 15 lb free weights.

There is a topic already about this, called Physical Training Logs or something.
But I walk 2.5 miles home from School, and I do a hour and half of Choy Li Fut every week, and thinking about doing another hour. I also do stretching for 30 minutes every saturday.
