Just passed and going from tech to general. Used one of the online practice test sites to "learn the answers". Now planning learn the skills.

Congrats! HF is where *all* the fun is! I urge you to try CW, its extremely rewarding! PSK32 is a lot of fun too, some really long distance contacts on 20m. Phone on 40m is my fav, 75m is the ghetto of HF so be weary. 160m is mostly open in the winter and with the spots picking up I hear 10m is popin'!

Thanks. Need to get some gear and learn now. That is the one problem with the on line study. I was learning answers for a test and not the method. Hope to on the air very soon!
