It'll go to the commercial companies like Cox and Comcast. Pai is a total corporate tool and has never really tried to hide it.

I have a whole lot to say about Pai, but it necessarily delves even further into politics.

From a purely technical perspective, it's obvious that things like "technical knowledge" haven't been terribly relevant to many of his decisions. I've stopped even reading the FCC releases because they tend to make me professionally annoyed.
