Hi. I am looking for some bdu's but with a slim fit. I own tru spec (TRU) pants in OD and mulitcam. i like them, they are very comfy and durable but they fit me baggy, well around my legs. The waist is fine but the legs are too baggy. Any one know pants with a slim fit? :D

That's the spec for BDUs, they are combat uniforms and are loose to allow greater range of movement. You may be able to find some fashion cargo pants that fit slimmer but all the BDUs I have (11 pairs) are looser fitting. I wouldn't say they are too baggy though.

iv always found BDUS to be rather snug around the legs. and especially in the junk region in comparison to its waist ranges. :?

i could just have some cheap ass brands.

i have a set of "BDU" commercial hunting camo pants that fit fine, and a pair or two of army navy store "BDU"s that are snug. not like, ass hugger snug but snugger than my regular jeans or khakis are in comparison

If you want narrow-leg BDU's, you'll probably have to learn to sew 'em for yourself.

i was actually thinking of trying to sew them to make them fit a bit tighter. I've seen the blackhawk Blackhawk HPFU Slick Combat Pants (Not ITS) and them are supposed to be a slim fit, but jeez sooo expensive -_-

the only slim fit pant that I can find is this http://www.dickies.com/product/product_detail.jsp?FOLDER%3A%3Afolder_id=2534374302024404&PRODUCT%3A%3Aprd_parent_id=2534374302024397&PRODUCT%3A%3Aprd_id=845524441763064

Not sure if that is anything you want.

OH.
I think I see what's going on here.
I think they mean tactical pants, not BDUs.

Like these?

Good point. Do you want Battle-Dress Uniform pants, which are baggy because that helps manage heat and cold, fit multiple layers, more easily roll at the cuff, and fit more people with one cut?

Or do you just want "tactical" pants? Like cargo pants? Or just some decent, rugged pants with a few extra pockets? Cuz there's these blue ones., ya know, they sell 'em at Tractor Supply Co...

They’re baggy for a reason. And the obvious solution is just to take them in, either yourself or going to an alterations place.

I agree they are baggy for a reason. Everyone has their own personal preference. I think my best bet is taking them to a tailor to fix them for me.

Arc'Teryx LEAF makes non baggy military pants. I know what you are talking about, my BDU's are way baggy on the legs. I got Arc'teryx and they fit perfect and are designed to be flexed in all the right places.

Squats, lots of them. If you lift heavy weights with your legs and eat lotsa protein, the BDU's will tighten up real quick!

This is full of win. Especially since weighted squats have the added bonus of activating your back and leg muscles to boost testosterone production. I find that shouting "I am all that is man!" at the end of every set adds points to your bamf-score.

Your looking for tactical pants and not BDUs. As already stated multiple times, BDUs are supposed to be baggy, as well as some tactical pants. You probably should look into the world of tactical pants, maybe some marketed as "EMT" pants or maybe just hit up Walmart for some Dickies.
