Or, you could do what the moderator said, because this is a privately owned and operated forum and he is a designated representative of the owners.

Ink: Keep your broad generalizations/insults to yourself, please, and feel free to make some kind of attempt at capitalization, punctuation, etc.

haha, i have been a part of all sorts of different message boards for years and have never seen anyone have a problem with my capitalization. i spell everything correctly and thats all im concerned about.

as far as my views on police officers, you can think what you want to about them and i will think what i want to about them, fair? most people that defend them usually have a family member that is a cop and thats why they stick up for them so passionately. i would assume you are that type.

And welcome to Zombie Squad, where the members actually participate in the community and care about public representation on this forum. Typing properly and keeping inflammatory remarks to yourself fall under the rules of this forum--rules that are well enforced. I suggest you read them.

*edit* TDW beat me to it, though in a less eloquent fashion. I hate your phone, by the way.

Welcome to Zombie Squad. We do care, and it's mentioned in the rules you agreed to follow. If you can't be bothered to use proper punctuation, many of us won't be bothered to take what you say seriously.

You know what they say about assuming. Calling people by dehumanizing terms is not acceptable here, and police are people too, even if they were mean to you. So stop it.

It is possible to disagree with the actions of a law enforcement officer, or disapprove of his/her conduct - even condemn that conduct - without resorting to epithets or abusive generalities. If you use them -and this is experience talking 'cause I've certainly had my own lapses - people tend to hear only the epithets, and become deaf to any valid arguments you might make. That's especially true when you're on a board frequented by law enforcement officers who don't always understand why you might have such objections. If they think it's just personal, they can write you off - and should. Noone listens to mere name calling.

You are of course free to think what you like about anyone, but keep a civil tongue in your head while you're here or soon you wont be here anymore.
