How do I carry?
depends if I am wearing boxers or briefs. Usually with briefs it'll carry dead center, but with boxers I'll carry a little to the left

Changing your approach to a changing environment is intelligent. Changing where you carry your gear just for shits and giggles is stupid. Muscle memory trumps all.

"I carry on my right hip when I'm on walk about, I carry on my left hip when in town, and I carry on my leg when I want to look cool for the girls" is just asking for fail. Same with a rifle. Same with your hide-a-key. If you change its location everyday, the day you need it you won't be able to find it. And when you need it, you need it.

Overall I agree with the above. My holsters are essentially all the same; right hip for duty carry in a Safariland SLS or similar for overt or duty carry, IWB on the right hip for CCW. The only exception is AIWB for my small CCW piece, because I find it conceals much better and offers faster access when clearing a garment.

My pistol would be on a holster attached to my belt. Either IWB concealed or OWB somewhat concealed depending on the situation and area I am in. Sometimes concealed would be better. For a long gun things would have to be pretty crazy for running around with an assault rifle to be a viable option pretty much everywhere. Most likely it would be in a case in a vehicle, at home or if I was on foot broken down in a bag.
Take care of eachother
