Orders placed, update?

I placed an order for a canteen about a week ago, via paypal, and havent received any notification of the order being processed yet. Is this a normal delay, or should I attempt to contact them? Not concerned yet...but would like a new water bottle for work .

Typically orders are shipped out once a week. The person that ships merchandise is a volunteer so the shipping tends not to be as prompt as it would be with a company. I'd give it a few days still.

I process orders every 10 days (give or take a day depending on life ) and we ship the merch out using priority mail. So, depending on when during the cycle your order is placed, you will receive it anywhere from 5-15 days. Overseas orders, of course, take longer!
