No. This is MY project. I got it done up, and am gonna bring it to ZCon.

Sorry for the delay. We just had our annual Birthday Bash and thats had me busy.

The thing is fucking awesome. It made people gleeful. More than a few people knew what it was before I said anything, and a couple knew the historical significance before I brought it up via some book they had seen it in about Russo-Hungarian history.

To say it was a conversation piece is an understatement. And this was at a place we were shooting Mk19, belt Feds upon belt Feds, M2s, a legit civil war canon, and more.

And yes, I shoot it one-handed like a boss. I'll have pics/vid/whatever people got for me, as I get it. My phone is dead right now, so it'll be later this evening.

We'll see. The problem is I did the work without them being around, so it isn't on film... and it's done. I mean, it's not like it costs a lot of money to make one. /shrug Whatever.

I share the glee!

And it may not have cost a lot in dollars but it took seeing a lawyer, as I recall, and waiting for a human gestation period to get BATFE approval. So I applaud you sir on a project well done and I'm looking forward to seeing your vids.

Nah, I work at an FFL/SOT now, so I Form 2'd it on the FFL. I'm submitting a tax stamp to transfer it to me, soon. So until then, it'll be at the shop while I await approval. -UNTIL- then, however, seeing as I am a permissible party to the company that may transport, possess, and demonstrate our firearms, I can play with it all I want until it's approved, not as the owner, but as an employee of the FFL that manufactured it.

Yes.

Believe it or not, I made that decision for ... authenticity.

I'm thinking about sanding the wood down again and refinishing it to make it look better, but I think I'm just looking for more reasons to play with it.

For a guy who's more experienced with metal than wood, you did a hell of a job on that stock.

I guess I'll have to wait for the vid to see the fireball that thing throws.

Kudos, good sir!

It is invite only. That said, you have to ask for an invite  - it gets announced on a few forums in advance, and you gotta register. At this point we still have to charge an entry fee for land rights, our tremendous amount of labor, replacement barrels, destroyed suppressors (I hear that they had one of my stainless cans glowing before it failed) and the like. I've heard word we're totally organizing it differently next year.
