Suppressors and Subsonic Ammo

Postby penguine » Tue Jul 03, 2012 8:15 pm

Just curious, anyone here run a supressor or shoot subsonic ammunition? I have a Remington 700 SPS Tactical .308 with a Coastal Gun LRT Suppressor and Subsonic Ammunition from Corbon. This makes for one heck of a silent weapon.

Suppressed .308, but with standard velocity ammo.
Suppressed .357mag, standard .357s and sub .38spls.
Suppressed .22LR, with subsonic ammo.

Cheers,
Sean.

Videos are an absolutely terrible medium for gauging how loud something is.

It's quite possible this user only posted to drum up traffic to his youtube link. Time will tell if they intend to be a real member here, or if this will be removed as spam.

Mediocre can. With that being said, the only subsonic I shoot is 300BLK and .22LR. I also shoot non-subsonic .30-30 through my .308 can.

Wasn't my youtube video. Sorry for posting it. I tend to read more then I post. But I do run a .308 with a supressor with subsonic ammo from Cor-bon which is about 45 minutes up the road in Sturgis, SD. But anyway... wont post any more links for fear of being called a troll.
