I paid 300.00 for it which I considered a little high but I did really want it. I got my date info from this forum https://www.thefirearmsforum.com/thread ... ver.82009/ hope that helps. It's a classic and they don't male them like that anymore. :)
H&R 922 Bantam Weight 9 shot 22. Here's one for $325 in my AO. Went on sale yesterday. short barrel and pearl color plastic handles. 'MINT'. the $25 is probably the 'buffer' for the 'deal'.

the link and the photo will only be good for a month.

I'm not buying, just another valuation confirmation on these.

I should receive my Winchester model 12 16ga cylinder choke shotty this week. I got this for shooting slugs. The Ithica I bought is full choked. I could have the present Ithaca company replace the barrel with a barrel that accepts invecta chokes but it was less expensive buying the model 12.

For an all steel revolver these are pretty light and with that short barrel it could be a nice gentleman's coat pocket gun. I mean sure it doesn't have a half cock or a safety but just load eight and you're good. They literally don't make em like this anymore. :words:

Picked up a box of Federal Syntech Defense 9mm ammo at Walmart today.

I also bought a slightly used Viking Tactics light mount at a pawn shop as well.

Paid 15 bucks for the mount and 12 bucks for the ammo.

 BRAAAAHAHAHAHAHAaaa!!

I keep seeing this because my gunfund is good to go on either a full sized M&P 45 OR a quality AR lower. So actively seeking those and running into these beauties.
Actually I review the flguntrader site every day just in case I see something like this but right now I have priorities, and really really need another M&P, and would buy a another lower if I find the right one. But if i didn't 'need' something else right now i'd probably get it.

Image
Here's another H&R listed @ $550 Sportsman Break barrel model, the guy would trade for a Ruger MK IV which i found listed on the same site for $349, so I buy that for <$349 and then trade him for the $450 value H&R [$550  ] and come out ahead by $100+. Minus time and travel. But I want the Ruger too and would end up keeping that.

Unfortunately I don't have the dough for 'wants', only 'needs'. I don't need these guns, I don't need these guns..

Strike Hard Gear SKS pouch. I have a bit of a fixation with being able to store ammunition on a firearm. This one holds three stripper clips pretty securely.

My first impression:

The elastic shock cord used to secure it to the stock is junk. It snapped as I was cinching it tight. Other reviewers found the same problem. Not a dealbreaker; I replaced it with paracord and looped it through the sling swivel, which seemed to do the trick. No way to know for certain without a trip to the range, though.

Cheap leather holster for my Ruger Wrangler. It was $20, and looks like it, but it'll work for carrying around the pasture.

Brushes & mops for the Taurus. I'd go for that Glock deal, but they comprimise my ability to go prone.

If I go prone I'm gonna need help getting back up again, so I try to avoid it.

And you can always turn your Glock sideways and shoot gangsta style... or upside down like Jerry Miculek

Another ETS Glock 18 9mm 31-Round Extended Magazine in red to replace one I just gave to a friend. I like the red mags for defensive ammo vs the black mags for range ammo.

I literally just placed an order for an Adams Arms Glock 17 barrel from CDNN Sports in Texas (they're four hours from my place here in West Texas).

Hopefully it'll be in my hands within the week or maybe by next week.

ETA: Got an email from CDNN this morning and my barrel is on it's way to me. I'll probably have it by this weekend or Monday at the latest.

I'll second: that is a really good price and their SJHP bullets seem to perform very well at a wide range of velocities. Same for their HTP line of .357. Good buy.
