i really like the cross draw/scout style sheath.. they definitely are a lot easier to draw your knife out.. i have been wanting to try and make one soon..

i have been a traditional archer/bowhunter for many years.. my wife, our 2 boys and my father in law, are all longbow shooters as well.. though i have many bows, the one i shoot the most, is a 58 in. 47# longbow, made by Ca. bowyer Steve Abbott... http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r145/socypress/35...
